We understand that shipping is often the most stressful part of making an online purchase. However, rest assured that we properly package and protect all of our products regardless of how long the journey may be.
The expected time of your package depends on your location and more details will be provided after the completion of a purchase. Order will be shipped 5-7 business days after order is placed (Excludes Sundays and Holidays). All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. If your package gets lost, or stolen Sing Crystal is not liable .

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Your eligibility for a return or exchange depends on when you purchased your product and how long you have been using it, we will be sure to inform you on your status if you decide to enquire about any possible returns.
